You are missing the point of the bulletin and you clearly do not understand OTC stocks. Yes, many in the OTC are scams simply pushing paper. But, there usually is a paper trail of pumps by the company and dilution by their financiers. There is clear evidence that neither of those two things are happening. So, either you are a scammer trying to scare share holders from their holdings or you are the worst kind of idiot: One too stupid to realize he is an idiot.
