I agree, wash trades being used to hold down the price and simulate selling while at the same time lowering the FINRA short percentage at the end of the day. I don't own but am following OCTA which is on a nice run after being naked shorted and the usual IHUB manipulative posts being made.
Today several analysts issuing alerts and calling for a double of the share price.
Looking forward to that and much more when Leo drops the bomb. Go CTIX!!!
