The ABCD Price Pattern helped
me to locate where the price is at currently
and going that creates the Price action.
The current Price Pattern 10/6 New Pattern
Sell @ A) 1.20 Buy 10/7 @
1.03 Sell @ C)? Today's close
Buy @ D) (Friday?)
@ C the Price Action generally goes down when completed
the Overlay ZigZag indicator will confirm the price has completed
with each leg of the W-formation the ABCD W-Formation is very
accurate what the price does Intraday. The Close EOD is only counted.
If Friday began to setup @ (D) it's the most Bullish location
on the Chart more Bullish than ( . @ (D) usually will end it's leg
being the biggest drop from (C) to (D) if I believe the price will
drop below $1.30 closing price I look at the Level II quotes lowest
price on the Bid then I set my order or modifiy my order.
As you can see on the chart link
in September 10th A)$1.79 B)1.440 C)1.65 (D)$1.09 a 0.56 shorted
I personally do not shrot stocks only Stock Options Puts to limit
my risk unless I have Boo...koo acct balance.
On this pattern 1.79 buy 1.37 D 10th= 0.49 Sell or Short
@ 1.79 to 1.440=0.35
Buy @ 1.440 to 1.65=0.21
Sell or Short from $1.65 to 1.09=0.56 Total Net $1.12
plus cost with the best amount of shares.
The next extreme price pattern:
0.77 from 1.09 next new pattern starts at 0.920cents
okay see the price action (C-D) 1.65 to 1.09 close on 9/24
My tip copy and paste my example on a Note pad it's easier to
follow me with the chart. I learned this technique from Tony Oz
I was sooOoo happy I found his information at the Traders Expo in Vegas
With my chart setup Mr. Oz's information solved
my problem with the price action. It takes out a lot
of noise when I remove my thoughts out of the way.
My last Buy took 2 months as I wait and wait '-D When
the price arrived @ 1.00 my target see my earlier post
I was the first poster. I had a choice to buy or wait
well from $3.50 to $1.00 and decrease my ratio from
$5.85.
My funds are posted today however, I'll wait
to see the close and Friday trading to see the current
price action pattern.
