I'd suggest you go to deepcapture.com. It'll have all the answers you may have now and some you'll have after you're finished. You'll never look at investing the same way again.
As for NTEK, I believe there has been and continues to be pervasive naked short selling. For example today, of NTEK's 3,130,781 total volume, 2,021,787 or 64% of the total volume was from short sales. ZERO from dark pools which indicates if it continue to happen as it does on a daily basis with NTEK, that naked short selling and wash trading is occurring. And make no mistake about it, this kind of crap is NOT legal. This isn't what was envisioned when maintaining liquidity was the reason for allowing pre-borrowed short selling (naked).
If you buy a counterfeit share what happens? Nothing as far as you're concerned but the more fake, counterfeit, bogus shares that are magically added but hidden to the float the less your share is worth. Well how could that be if it's hidden? Because brokers will simply play games with shares that don't exist to bottle cap the pps of company. Look what happened when we started uploading Paramount movies, the stock wanted to run and would have if it weren't for broker A saying to broker B we gotta cap this shit and drive it back down before it gets out of control.
As UltraFlix becomes more mainstream, big money investors will begin to see NTEK's ridiculously cheap pps and buy in volume. We need consistent high volume days to get a substantive change and start to put a damper on these guys who are artificially keeping us down.
Our day is coming. NTEK pps isn't going anywhere but sideways until it's ready to go up, it's no longer a question of if it'll go up but rather when. Catalyst after catalyst can not be denied and as the 10s of millions followed by hundreds of millions in revenue roll in you can kiss you opportunity to by for pocket lint goodbye, guar-an-teed!
Anyway, check out that website for more nauseating info on the scumbags who commit this crime and get away with it on a daily basis.
Final thought, NTEK isn't alone just about all stocks are shorted and many manipulated. It's just easier to manipulate the unaudited pinksheet pennys. Take apple for example. Here's APPL's number for today: 45,509,128 total volume, 16,466,060 dark pool and 21,100,095 open short volume. That means 4,634,045 possible naked shorting and wash trading.
Final final thought, make sure to check the SEC's "fails to deliver" list, it's at least 2 weeks old but whatever, deal with it. That's the best government can do and it shouldn't surprise you. http://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm. And check the Reg SHO data's Threshold Security list for reporting companies and FINRA 4320 for non SEC reporting companies. http://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/reg-sho-otc That site lists fails to deliver rules, etc as well as securities who have made the threshold list.
Enjoy!
