I'm not saying that this is a bad thing. Since DSUS is comprised of very intelligent, mostly military background individuals, they should have known these things prior to announcing that we would see the first filing no later than 9/30/2015.
All I'm saying, is that I'm surprised and disappointed that such an elite group of people couldn't foresee that the solution that you mention in your post is for the best.
When you have a military background, it's expected that you'll do things right the first time around. Granted, this company is in a difficult and unique situation, having purchased the PVEC shell. This, however, is no excuse for not thinking things out prior to making statements that they knowingly couldn't follow through on.
The new company should never have gotten involved with the PVEC certificate fiasco, and it's beyond my comprehension as to why they would have even mentioned that they'd be honoring them. This, combined with the total lack of news, is the reason why the stock price has tanked. If they had never gotten involved with the certificates, and they didn't make misleading statements regarding the financials, the PPS wouldn't be where it's at now.
Hopefully, they'll learn from their mistakes and also start to issue some news about what's taking place at the company. I have a lot of money invested in DSUS, so it's important to me that they start thinking things through prior to making statements that can never be fulfilled.
