seems from the 5bil A/S, there might be about 344mil left? with 4,656,000,000 outstanding now? anyone correct me if im off on something. This recent 13g tells me an increase in share price might be close. And even if it was a R/S, Starcity may have secured a position that may had otherwise been difficult if there were significant news with a low float right after/during (D) the R/S. Maybe the A/S will be reduced as well?
