Someone with "the means" has got to have a date in

There's got to be some sort of recourse. If the President can be impeached, then I'm sure there's a process to challenge the timeliness and ethics with which Baltia is being treated by the FAA. It's getting harder and harder to believe this delay is just "an accident" or that they're just that dumb. It's their job to evaluate these certification issues, move them off their desk and get to the next.
If they were this slow on everything, if this were the normal mode of business, how would anything get done? If it's normal to be this casual with this process, then how is it that some airlines seem to move swiftly through the process and get nearly immediate answers throughout each step?
Baltia doesn't seem to be getting that same treatment. The longer this takes, the less it's looking like an "accident", the more something feels amiss and I hope that someone has a plan in place and a date of when to deploy that plan.
November is around the corner. They'll shut down until mid-January. Then what? Either something REALLY good is going on, something we couldn't imagine behind the scenes, or something equally corrupt-- in which case someone needs to be ready to act.
