Exactly this. After Adam Carter heard about the lawsuit (the morning after he initiated the 3 million dollar transfer), he spoke to his lawyers, cancelled the wire transfer before it left the bank's reserve, and quickly decided to transfer all assets into Milagros via a merger vehicle they had already planned as a possible route to take.
Judge rules against CRGP -> CRGP has no assets to pay with -> they declare bankruptcy -> judgements fall off -> CRGP can do whatever it wants concerning folding its share structure into Milagros (or anything else it wants to do).
