I don't understand the wordplay here.
When people are trying to determine how much of NTGL NTEK owns, once should ask, what percentage of NTEK does NTEK own because NTEK shareholders are getting an equal percentage of NTGL based on the share structure February 6th 2015 and as of record on February 6th 2015.
