"NanoTech Gaming is currently preparing FYE December 31, 2014 and 2013 audited financial statements and notes thereto and the most recent quarter ended reviewed financial statements for inclusion in the filing of a Form S-1 Registration Statement (“Form S-1”) which will include as allowed the NTGL Distribution with the intent to have the Securities and Exchange Commission clear the Form S1 without further comment which would then allow NanoTech to conduct the spinoff of NTGL shares to its shareholders."
