There was never an eviction. I spoke to the company about this. Peter was behind in his rent when the company agreed to merge with him. There were several attempts to pay the back rent when the company entered the scene and before they began the process for moving into another facility where they were going to share a very large building with Peter's company Bahamas Seaways in Hollywood, Florida. The problem was between Peter and the landlord and DSUS found out about this way after the fact. A notice to vacate around July 1st was given to the landlord in May after several attempts to fix the problem and the landlord entered the facility with other people during business hours. It is obvious the landlord tried to evict to get extra money but when all of the proof about what really happened made it to the court or the landlords lawyer the landlord had to request the case is dropped. You can't sue someone for non payment if they try to pay and you refuse. And if you tell the court you are evicting for that reason that is fraud against the court.
