The ramifications of such a clawback would be widespread. There are those who put the divvy back into CRGP so that is also gone or perhaps they put it into another stock(s) and that went down or the money was spent. So they clawback the divvy but the divvy's not there or is invested ....so they sell stocks to get the divvy and create another loss for the shareholder or if the funds aren't there they create a debit in the account for the amount of the divvy and then get a judgment for that amount. I no longer have an attorney I can talk to (for free) but if anyone does, I would recommend they bend their ear. From what I have read there is no precedent for such an action ever taking place in history prior to this (if such an action is taken here to clawback).
