I like it mav. I'm on the fence as to how much to put in since we were screwed by FINRA too, resulting in nearly entire loss of not only original investment but in many cases, the total dividend as well, money that has basically vanished and that would cause an undue hardship for investors to replace. If the halt was caused by COR's proceedings, which it seems likely, on one hand I'd like the judge to also reflect on that and the fact that the dividend was freely traded for 8 days prior to the hold and that's only one brokerage.
