Right, I understand that is how they are TRYING to get around it. Could a judge actually say, "yeah ok, since you can't collect from CRGP, I will order DTCC to take money from shareholder accounts?"
Sounds totally crazy to me, but I sure know judges do crazy things on occasion.
Us shareholders have nobody representing us, so there is nobody to speak to the judge on our behalf.
