Well to be honest, it was a post on Ihub that got my attention on this, while I was already confused about the so called "restricted shares" that Royal Capital received, but that don't seem to have been restricted at all, since they entered the float, according to the numbers from the TA.
They can say what they want about the bashers, but every now and then someone comes up with something really fishy...
