Who/what is this Royal Capital Group anyway. It's not this aparently: http://www.royalcapitalgroup.com/
But seems to be this : http://roycapgp.com/#home
The IP address is the same as for the Nanotechent.com domain, and other Foley related sites ?

I requested some explanation from TA regarding the discrepancy between the cited "restricted shares" given to that Royal Capital Group as listed in the annual filing and actual restricted shares number provided by the TA. They had no explanation, but replied that it was a good question...
