Going Concern footnotes are uncommon warnings in accounting-land, not endorsements of a decent future. It's like sending up an SOS in the middle of the Bahama Triangle. Trouble ahead. Trouble behind. Engine dead.
I agree with your real message which is know what you own, and I love my position in NTEK.
Any weathered company earning money, positive trend, no debt and no need to raise money as debt or equity would not get a Going Concern comment unless they were subject to something like a death-lawsuit.
