I see the fraud-hub board is back to the clawback

I see the fraud-hub board is back to the clawback issue again. They keep trying to make it sound like the dividend was illegally issued, blah, blah, blah. They haven't got a clue as to what's really going on, they aren't lawyers either. They're grabbing at straws now.
