Baltia has 8 billion O/S shares. I don't know the a/s number. I called transfer agent and the share structure is gagged. Maybe it is unlocked now. It was about 3 weeks ago when I called. It doesnt matter as I learned from trading MRIB that transfer agent can lie and cant be trusted.
