Why won't whoever's in charge let the company defe

Why won't whoever's in charge let the company defend itself so that COR and others don't get away with their illegal activity? Or is this information being shared with the authorities so that they will pay for their crimes? If there is anything you don't want to post directly to the board for everyone to read, you can PM those of us who post here regularly that you know are shareholders. Thanks JJ.
