Right. No one in particular. Hypothetically speaking, it could be anyone in Power. Like a Puncher who moderates 43 boards with an iron fist determined to keep valid concerns out of sight, fearful of being exposed as a fraud. Or falling off a precipice (has it been a year already since those words were uttered? )
