i agree with you Sage, my opinion instead of announcing going private they should have merged, changed tickers and get on pink sheets, then if in fact there was actually shorts they would be forced to cover like crazy. since the PR'd they have to hold up to going private BUT they need to go through finra and dtc, cant just disappear and merge with a private company and leave open shares on the market. thats not business and it doesnt work like that. i just dont see how this would work by, bypassing finra. how would they know our current share count, how would we get paid divy, where would the public shares go? doesnt make sense. i think if we hear nothing by tomorrow, consider it an abandoned shell.
