How is it that your so sure there are many companies that want to acquire NTEK's technology? The mention of buyout was discussed at the SHM but no names were mentioned in fact my take away was NTEK is not interested in buyout period. I agree many companies are interested in "USING" NTEK's technology because it will provide leverage for revenue of their own products be it TV's, tablets, phones or VOD services. BUT, they don't have the talent that NTEK has built to create this product (at least a year from acquiring this tech) NTEK's management if you look at their backgrounds for the most part build viable products in turn growing companies. It's already pretty evident UF is becoming the streaming entity to partner with which will be far more reaching in value then a sell or buyout of a product that is multifaceted. Buyout is last on the list from what has been discussed by the company and DF who is still very much engaged and even more so in the future, that's a fact.
