Has anyone considered that this linkage to GRC^ all of a sudden is for Mgt. to use them as an ATM ? In other words, dilute THEM and use funds to enhance NGCG products ?
The restricted shares are with what company again ? Why dilute NGCG when they can dilute GRC& and continue to bring products to market with float tied to stronger hands ? BRILLIANT
