i believe with parker it was 12 months,pretty standard,but that time is up,wether they had to limit the number they could sell not sure,but that is pretty standard too.
the company grdo can free up shares to sell also which are already in the OS held by whoever just not trading which i'm sure also happened..it's the pinkies...they don't tell ya everything!
