Yep! Keep in mind this stock had an O/S of 114 million 12 months ago and the PPS was $1.75. The O/S increased 7.91 times. So if one divides $1.75 by 7.91 you get .22 cents. Not far off of the .27 cent figure that Luis addressed in his emails. Hmmmmm.... Sounds to me like Milagros already factored in the O/S increase in their offer. Thoughts?
