This was on July 31st, nearly 2 months prior to the meeting. I think it's safe to say that Harry probably has a pretty busy, ever-changing schedule given who he is. It's understandable that something could have come up and him be unable to attend. I don't have the patience to continue searching but I do recall seeing THCZ reply to a comment somewhere on their fb page saying that Harry would not be there and fourthjohn has stated the same so I'm not crazy. Yes, a formal announcement would have been better but they may have held back due to negative effects it may have had on weaker shareholders. Either way it obviously would not have been good news so why would they release it and hurt themselves? It's been confirmed that Harry Drnec holds shares and that he is advising his protege, the president of RHINO. I'll take that and be happy with it, it's already been established that they need better communications with their investors. Let them do what they do and get this company off the ground and things like that I'm sure will improve as well.
