Logically, it should be next to impossible to have that much on the ask that right below a penny. There simply should not be enough shares available at that price (or any price really). This stock has a fundamental problem, though for the live of me I don't know what it is exactly being caused by. Dilution is the main culprit, but there should not be enough dilution for this kind of trading that we are seeing. It really almost trades like a .0002 stock with 5 B OS.
