I've heard this from other shareholders but I don't think your statement is correct.
I am not any kind of expert, but I'm pretty sure that if you or I are purchasing shares from other shareholders (i.e., like I am through Fidelity brokerage), we are not funding the company's operations as you state.
It's people like LT and others who are providing money to Baltia directly for ongoing operations in exchange for the preferred shares with a 6-month hold before selling.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
