i'm trying to put a sell on limit on scottrade. duration is "good till date" (and i selected oct 30th).
limit price is $10...and it wont let me do it. message reads:
"Unable to enter the order because the limit price entered is too far away from the market price for stocks under $10."
i've revised my sell price all the way down to $1 and i still get the same message. ideas?
