Everyone knew pretty much everything stated in that 8K. "Mr. Johnson performed highly deficient audits and quarterly reviews" = BRWC has been undervalued for the last couple reports. I believe the 10K will spell that out, and the CEO plus new auditor will make sure this 10K looks like liquid gold. Theres gonna be a dip, and im buying, cause its only a matter of time before BRWC starts looking at pennies plus
