COR sent a request for a default judgment against

This whole ordeal is perplexing, to say the least. If this is a scam, which it steps on the borderline to be, shareholders, so far, have not been "scammed". Rather, the "scammed" victim is COR.
CRGP paid out dividends to an unknown amount of shares that were outstanding and collected $3.3 in dividends from COR after purchasing shares back from note holders.
I know people think shorting was done, I know shorting existed throughout the trading in the pinks, but I do not think this was the reason why COR was debited the millions. COR, and CRGP's Adam Carter do not indicate it was because of shorting. CRGP said there was a glitch/error in how the dividend was paid out/collected. If it was because of shorting, then why didn't CRGP and Adam Carter respond in the court proceedings via their lawyer, or at least ask for an extension like the TA?
I am hoping for good things, but the hope is dwindling as of recent lack of filings on CRGP's end, not even a request for an extension. That does not sit well with me. All IMO.
