In the know? He/she blames FINRA for the screw up in the dividend when it is clear when you read Nasdaq rule 11140b2 that any dividend of 25% or more of the pps MUST set the ex-dividend date one day after the payable date.
How is he a friend (of the shareholders) when he is suggesting the the company is going to do a merger without the approval of FINRA and screw the shareholders who bought on the Grays (despite that being illegal) and then move the assets to another corporation when they get sued and FINRA takes action against them??
