I was thinking last night about what JJ said about buying more shares won't help the final outcome. So, I'm wondering if there was debt conversion going on before going private and it still may be in progress, so if people continue buying these shares on the greys they end up diluting the final share count.
Just an thought.
Once they go private, debt holders can't convert to shares anymore.
