National TV ads are certainly out of the question because the product doesn't have multiple coverage (so a lot of that would be a waste). Don't expect anything that big until nearly everyone can run out and buy it as soon as they hear about it. Even then, that might be pushing it. There may be local ads flying around, but we might never know about them if we're not tuned into whatever radio station that's running it.
And unfortunately, as far as the internet goes, I don't know how you can even guess about marketing anymore. I do one keyword search for ANYTHING and then every website tries to sell that to me for the next two months.
