This new OPS site is legit. I went thru the available pieces (did some DD) and its a real site. Not a website markup like a WIX or wordpress website like I've seen on OTC. Google has some cached documents from inside baltiaoperations.com showing its legit etc. The website registration etc is all legit. ( I'm a professional dev for a living)... We will be flying soon.
