It is amazing what can come out when having a few

It is amazing what can come out when having a few cocktails in a bar...some of the best for me happened at those moments....sitting in a bar, having a few drinks and making conversation...once was talking with a couple of the boys and i thought it was like 30 minutes gone by...it was over 6 hrs....the good times are always the quickest to fly by for some reason hehe....what they werent the best of buddies Jack and T...LOL.....damn I actually forgot it was Bradshaws last game...damn you got me thinkin alot about the old days in sports...Mickey Mantle and Whitey Ford used to drink in a bar across the street from me...real Irish joint at the time The 34th Ave Inn...cant believe how many times MM went to the game freakin hammered and still did what he did...I alway think that the two greatest were Ted Williams and Mantle...Williams lost like 5 what would have been great years fighting in WW2 and Korea...imagine what his numbers woulda been if he had those back...Mantle if it wasnt for that rookie year collision with JD and those leg problems my god what he coulda been...just my two cents thinking about the past...
