Sounds like the attack group is seeing up their next fake attack on Cellceutix.
They do NOT need to partner to fund trials for the next 1-2 years. managment had managed the money so good so far by getting a lot of the trials funding assisted and supported by other pathways to include grants and other companies.
On that note, it is not going to take 2-3 years for them to get through phase 3 B ... phase 2 & 3 B-OM or Phase 2 &3 for P.
looks like if Cellceutix doesn't announce partner the next sorry attack is going to be at the funding and will use the false seeds they have been using their paid bashers to set the last few weeks.
