maybe /Milagros/Carter put out the .27 as a info tidbit to put the screws to NSS
Making shareholders raise there sell orders or just keep shares until shorts have to cover.
IMO
everything lately seems to push people to sell off , HALT/etrade/Grey sheet/bashers/merger PR with no info
this .27 is the first nugget that entices people to hold onto their shares

not sure if I can hold out til February , im not a very patient person, LOL this ticker isn't for the faint of heart either.
