INFO FROM MY ATTENDANCE AT SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
Great turn out and great positive information from Jerry, Tom, Rhino, and Distributor from Canada.
I asked about Company name change to Rocky Mountain High Brands. Answer: Already on file in Nevada: after a few more signatures here it will be official and should happen within 2 to 3 weeks.
I asked about alcoholic line. Answer: it will be delayed solely because of TTC or TABC licensing issues for a manufacturer to be able to sell alcohol nation wide. Legal department is continuing to work on it so that it can happen, but there are a lot of things that have to happen to meet federal guidelines!
I asked about the next new product to positively be produced other than Mango Beverage that will go public? Answer: It will positively be the Energy Shots and 4 to 5 various flavors of Energy Shots. This will be a Big Boost in Sales and will help overall profits.
Canada Distributor spoke and gave an excited and positive outlook for this product to really move good off the retail shelves that they have lined up to sell it already! (After meeting) I talked to him personally and He stated that once they get their initial order ..... that most of this order is already gone. once sent to all their retail stores.
Up-listing will happen as soon as Audited financials come through
If everything happens as planned it should be done by November or December. Jerry stated firmly that he needs this to happen before the end of this year!!!!! Once form 10 is filed he stated it takes about 60 days.
OVERALL ...... GREAT NEWS .... SALES ARE BETTER THAN EVER!
AUDITED FINANCIALS ...(IMO) .. 2 TO 3 MORE WEEKS....
Remember ... these are audited; so the firm is not cutting any corners. I was personally told that the Firm just got the figures from Amazon this past week that they requested 2 months ago. 98% complete!
The above is just from my personal inquires and how I personally interpret the issues. As a 7 figure shareholder I still feel like I have that diamond in the rough that is going to be the best and biggest Hemp Infused Beverage Company ...... IN THE WORLD!
