interesting HUB post..Anyone else got Fidelity to verify?

The person at Fidelity told me there is indeed a merger happening, but it is not happening until Feb. He thought that some negotiations may still be happening or some aspects of the agreement are not yet complete. He is going to do more research and will get back with me one Monday.
