Timeline of events to include Share structure at points
August 11 - AS increased AS from 975M to 1.475B
August 13 - Retired 77.25M Shares (CRGP indicated in News)
August 13 - OS = 242,823,237 (CRGP indicated in News - same as above)
August 20 - Announced completion of dividend payment
August 24 - buyback update 158,865 Shares in total though 77.25M alreday retired. So there was about 81 purchased on not reitred yet (CRGP indicated in News)
August 24 - OS = 592,807,722 (I got the SS from the TA through an email request from my broker Fidelity)
August 25 - AS increased AS from 1.475B to 3.475B
August 25 - COR legal filed (in evening if I recall)
August 26 - Halt
August 31 - signed agreement and plan of merger (the "merger agreement"
dated August 31, 2015
September 9 - Trading resumes in gray market
September 10 - Announce going Private and referenced August 31 merger agreement
