There could be a number of reasons they removed it. We'll just have to see. Maybe there's a compliance issue, maybe the merger is off, maybe they just decided to take it down, there's no way to know.
BTW, milagrosdelcobre.com is just a site with an iframe pointing at calissioresources.com, so any changes to Calissio's site will appear the same on Milagros's site for now.
