I am just trying to make sense of the A/S raises, they were to frequent and large in a short duration. I just have the speculation that if they were was a merger all convertible notes would basically be worthless. These notes carry lower rates because of the provision of conversion. At par value (.001), calissio was trading
anywhere from 3 to 10x that amount. I see no reason why note holders wouldnt convert, and who knows about the sales agreement with Anglo that could have been tossed after merger, so they converted to maybe influence what Milagros does.
