Thats true. I think i would love to see.
Facebook / Twitter Used on a regular basis by the company for Shareholder Letter updates. (think once a month (first week or last week, simple updates)
I would love to see numbers, They finally started doing this more with this recent share holder letter on capacity, but in the future it would be great if they could include a simple, We hope to upgrade to 100% capacity 500,000,000 liters, and we are currently at X% capacity X,X,X Liters based off current active deals.
I would like to see more recent pictures uploaded to the social media especially, take some photos even if its just using a phone camera, once a week or so upload a few pictures of plant in production / employees / shipments etc etc. nothing crazy just a photo or 2 each week (this takes literally 1-10 seconds).
Past that I think Francine has a solid plan with the company, she has successfully restructured companies in the past and this isnt her first water company.
But yes, a little more "active" in the updates would be great, I think a once a month short shareholder update letter even if that only makes it on Facebook would be great habit to get into for them.
As far as her Shares, i have mentioned this in emails to her in the past, She has never sold any, and i believe she went the route she did merely to retain a certain % ownership, however she could EASILY convert them into preferred restricted shares and be able to keep the same ownership / voting % rights and only have a VERY small amount of shares on the books. ( I have seen multiple other companies trading where the CEO owns 51-90% ownership / voting rights control of a company with only owning 10,000 preferred series shares.
I do agree whole heartedly that this would hands down be the biggest boost to Shareholder value she could ever do.
She currently owns roughly 2.5~ billion shares to retain control % / voting rights. if this shrunk over night to 10,000 or 100,000 of a preferred series restricted share, that would be MASSIVE for shareholder value.
Hands down the biggest possible upgrade to shareholder value actually.
I do have a VERY good suspicion that here soon you see quite a chunk retired from the public float aswell.
These are my 2 cents as far as shareholder updates goes.
