3,150,000 X .001 (par value) = 3.15 billion shares
3,150,000 X .001 (par value) = 3.15 billion shares <---- Anglo Asia
+500,000 X .001 = 500 million shares <---- 500k note holder (Nobilis/Beaufort)?
-158,865,114 + (how ever much they had left to buy back) Aug. 24th
= roughly 3.4 billion shares
All speculation on to whether or not these notes were convertible but the numbers make it seem close to the A/S. Dont take as concrete evidence, this might be why we are not seeing any short squeeze like we thought we might.
All lines up with dates too 500k converted before buy back report. August 11th to 18th I believe OS was approx. 600 to 900 million bought back enough to put it at close 300 mill before conversion of 3.15 billion shares the 25th.
