Heres what I am seeing in regards to the O/S. See

Heres what I am seeing in regards to the O/S. See the amendment at the state of Nevada filed on 8-25-15. This is what raised the A/S to 3.475 billion from 1.475 billion. However, now look at the shares traded after that filing with Nevada. There were only 410 million shares traded after 8-25 until the halt was lifted Sept 9th. The O/S could only be 1.9 billion at the most and that's if they tapped out the 1.475 million before the 410 million were sold. IMO the O/S is only 1.2 to 1.9 billion if they were indeed diluting at all. Please see below. Thoughts?
