An interesting thing about going private is that convertible notes would be eliminated. I am now starting to see why the company had to raise its Authorized Shares. If there was a leak of information that CRGP was going to merge and become private all convertible debenture holder would force their notes to become converted immediately because they will not be making much profit off low interest rates associated with the debt notes. Thus CRGP would not have an option to deny such conversions resulting in the A/S increase.
Now with that being said I believe Beaufort and Nobilis caught wind of this and were selling off their shares as quickly as possible, but unaware of the 25% rule. Calissio was set to merge and become taken over by Milagros and was buying back as much as possible from these converters to avoid a reverse split when shares were to become converted into Milagros.
This is all speculation and shouldnt be taken as concrete evidence.
