With InStep being located in Delaware, I don't see them keeping Cruz involved on the opposite coast. I may be wrong, but I think Cruz has turned over the keys and hopes that he gets a good return on his investment with someone else in charge. At least I hope that's what is happening. He needs to let it go and move on.
