I think the answer is, and will remain this until a PR: no one knows when it's going to be, and anyone that did know wouldn't/couldn't say it on a board. Thus, you won't know until it happens, and that could be tomorrow, or next week, or November, or 2016. Ultimately, if you believe in it, the waiting is going to be worth it no matter how long it is and how much it sucks.
